2004 Semillon This wine is quite yellow, almost gold in colour. The bouquet is quite subdued with slight cut grass aromas as is typical of young semillons. The palate is slightly fuller than is typical at this stage making this a very enjoyable wine with seafood and poultry dishes.  Drink now - 2012.

2004 Riesling For those of you who enjoyed the sensational 2002 Riesling you will be more than pleased with the 2004. Straw green in colour, this wine is characterised by it's beautiful aromatic lime and floral flavours. The palate is silky with fresh and lively acid which is in perfect harmony with the fruit. A beautiful wine that will age for a further 8-10 years.
